Baked Salmon

Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 cloves garlic, minced
    4 Tbs. olive oil
    1tsp. dried basil
    1tsp. salt
    1tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbs. parsley
    12 oz. of salmon fillets

Directions

In a medium glass bowl, prepare marinade by mixing garlic, olive oil, basil, salt, pepper and parsley. Place salmon fillets in a medium glass baking dish, and cover with the marinade. Marrinate in the refridgerator about 1 hour, turning occasionally.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

Place fillets in a baking dish, cover with marinade and seal with aluminum foil. Bake 30-40 minutes until easily flaked with a fork.
