Introduction

A fried fish that isn't heavy, or high in calories. A fried fish that isn't heavy, or high in calories.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Cod or Basa fillets.
    1 teaspoon salt or seasoning salt
    1pinch of pepper
    1/4 cup of flour
    6 vegetable crackers of your choice
    1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

Directions

*heat oil to 300 degrees or higher
*crush up crackers to a fine flower
*mix crackers, flour, salt and pepper in a ziplock bag and shake.
*add fish to flour mixture and shake
*add floured fish to hot pan and cook for about 15 mins.
