French Toast

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 eggs, well beaten
    3 tsp. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    0.25 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup whole milk
    4 slices texas toast

Directions

Beat eggs well with wire whisk. Add sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon then mix well. Add milk and whisk well. Dip each piece of texas toast in batter, then turn over and dip it in the batter again so that both sides have been dipped. Cook on lightly greased skillet over medium heat until golden, then flip and continue to cook until other side is golden. Serve hot.
