Egg & Cheese Muffin

Introduction

I am putting this out because I need to see what my calorie intake is for this. Try it! My Kids love this! My daughter even takes this to work and reheats for later eating! Ingredients

    1 Thomas' light english muffin
    1 slice (1 oz) American Cheese
    2 Eggs "whites"

Directions

Place your english muffin in your toaster.
Get a very small bowl and spray it with non stick spay.
Add egg whites to bowl.
Add salt and pepper to taste if you like.
Put bowl in microwave for 1 minute on high.
Place a piece of american cheese over your eggs and just let sit until it softens.
Take muffin out of toaster, flip bowl with cheese and egg on to the top half of muffin, place bottom muffin on egg, turn cheese side up and enjoy!
