Easy Taco Soup

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs ground lean ground beef
    2 cans corn
    2 cans Ranch Style Beans
    1 lrg can of diced or crushed tomatoes
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
    1 pkg (3 tbs) Ranch Style Dressing Mix
    1 pkg Taco Seasoning

Directions

Brown the ground beef and drain. Mix all of the ingredients, except the mixes, in a soup pot. Blend the mixes with 1 cup of water then stir into the soup. Cook on med. heat for 20 min. Water can be added if the soup is too thick.
For a lighter version, use ground turkey in place of ground beef.

Makes 12 1-cup servings
