Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 half of chicken breast
    2 large mushrooms
    1 cup of carrots
    5 thin slices of ginger root
    2 slices of onion
    2 garlic cloves
    2 thick slices of eggplant
    1 small zucchini
    1 cup of okra
    1 can of Campbell cream of chicken
    2 stalk of celery
    .3 cup of bell pepper

Directions

Cut half of chicken breast in 3 put it in glass pot. You can put aluminium foil long enough to cover the top after you finish. Cut all vegtible except of spinach and put it on top of the chicken. Pour cream of chicken on top and cover. Put in oven for 1 hour and cook on 400.
Wash the spinach and put on plate and put the cooked chicken and vegtible over. All done.
