Introduction

Dutch Pancakes Dutch Pancakes
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1/4 C. Skim Milk
    1/4 C. Sugar
    1/2 C. Flour
    Beat together until smooth. Pour into non stick fry pan and stick in the oven at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure your handle is oven safe and be sure to preheat your oven.
    Serve warm with fresh fruit (strawberries).

  • Very good! I put egg whites instead of the whole eggs. It made it less calories that way and still tasted great. The Dutch Babies I made were 84 calories a serving. For those of us leading a low cal lifestyle itís great. - 6/30/11

  • This is delicious. I used a medium-sized castiron pan and the pancake raised up the side of the pan enough that I got the idea that this would make a delicious light pie crust filled with fruit. I enjoyed this one very much. - 6/13/07
