Thai peanut sauce

Ingredients

    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    Splash of rice wine vinegar
    1/2 cup hot water
    1/4 cup peanut butter

Directions

Mix garlic powder, soy sauce, cornstarch and vinegar and stir well. Add 1/4 cup of peanut butter to a small saucepan and add 1/2 cup of boiling water. Whisk together until well blended, then add soy sauce mixture. Simmer until it thickens up. Add water if it's too thick.

Use on grilled or broiled chicken.
