Ingredients

    1 packet (20 grams) Carnation Instant Breakfast - Rich Milk Chocolate Flavor
    1 cup Fat-Free Milk
    6 oz Strawberry Yogurt ( I use Weight Watchers)
    1/2 cup of Whole Frozen Strawberries

Directions

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 minute.

Enjoy!

    Delicious! I made this with Chocolate Soy Milk I needed to use up instead of the skim milk, but otherwise followed exact. It's packed with good stuff and really filling. Thanks! (Note: My Carnation Breakfast Packs are 36 grams, not 20.) - 1/15/08
