  • This was awesome! I live in a country where some things are a bit difficult to get, and I was so happy to find such a deliciously-doable recipe! I added about 1.5tsp of fajita seasoning since the only salsa I could find was mild. - 6/21/11

  • Very tasty. I added Spicy V8 to thin it out a little. And I didn't have plain yellow corn so I used the frozen Mexican corn mix with red and green pepeprs. Very Tasty!!!!! - 9/9/10

  • Does it really need the cream soup? Couldn't you use low sodium chicken broth instead? - 9/6/10

  • This is incredible! I made with whole wheat tortillas, 98% fat free soup, Pam olive oil spray instead of olive oil, no salt added corn and low fat cheddar. Tasted so good! Next time I'm adding a can of green chilies! - 4/29/09

  • If you use reduced sodium/fat cream of chicken soup, whole grain tortillas, and reduced fat cheese, it lowers the sodium/fat content. Thanks for the recipe! - 2/18/09

  • Very easy to make. Everyone in my family loved it. Only suggestion would be to add 3/4 cup of chicken broth to thin it out a bit. - 2/18/09
