1-2 TB parsley
2 TB flour
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
3 tsp garlic
1/4 c. egg beaters

Place French Bread dough. Seam side up on cutting board. Using serrated knife, slice each loaf lengthwise end to end, cutting 1/2 way through dough; spread open flat. Lightly sprinkle w/ flour. Spoon 1/2 pepperoni mixture mix into each loaf. Pinch & seal up loaf sides. Place loaves, seam side down in an x pattern on stone. Crosscross ends to form a figure 8, leaving opening in center of twist.
Beat egg white w/ italian seasoning mix, brush over twist. With serrated knife, cut 3" slits in each of the top sections. Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese. Bake 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Cool 10 min. Serve w/ heated pasta sauce.
