yummy pseudo-bahjis

Ingredients

    chickpea flour, 2 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    cajun seasoning,or other spices to taste
    1tsp baking powder
    1.5 cups water

Directions

mix all together to form a thick batter. Pan fry tablespoon sized balls of batter in olive oil until crisp and golden or bake them in the oven until cooked (about 10 min) for a fat free treat (my preference)
