Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients

    1 med head cabbage
    1.5 cups cooked brown rice
    2 cups tomatoe soup
    1 pound ground turkey
    1 pound low fat or fat free cheese grated

Directions

brown turkey and drain add soup and rice set aside
cut cabbage like you would use for slaw pre cook until just tender drain off water
mix with turkey and layer in to casserole dish with cheese on top bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done
