    3 1/4 oz leftover chicken breast
    1 egg, hard boiled and diced
    1 T Relish splenda
    1 t dijon mustard
    2 T miracle whip dressing
    1/4 c celery, diced


Cook egg. Take leftover chicken breast and dice.
Mix all ingredients together.

Makes about 1 cup (1 serving)
