This is as simple as it gets and so darn good! My mom used to make Shepherds Pie JUST like this and I turn 5 yrs old all over again. I made it last night and it was just perfect with all our snow we got. Thank you! - 12/14/07

I added a mix of corn, peas and carrots instead of a single Veg. It was great. My family gobbled it up. - 10/4/07

I make this for my family at least once a month. I add beef gravy to the ground beef to give it some "juice." I also use frozen corn. I use about 3/4 lb of ground beef and get at least 6 servings when I make it. - 10/1/12

  • Before this diet I made same thing with Morningstar Farms crumbles, the onions and a little worcestershire sauce. Topped with shredded cheese. I'll just add that to half. - 8/13/12

  • Yum! I'm vegetarian, so I substituted 'veggie beef' for the real stuff, but it was still delicious. I also sprinkled a little paprika on top to make it pretty. I'll definitely make it again :) - 1/7/11
