Anything Salad

Introduction

This is my anything salad but the kitchen sink.
You can get very creative with your salad.

Ingredients

    First I take ground turkey and brown it wil my taco seasoning mix. I add both pinto(drained) and black beans (drained)once the ground turkey has been browned. I really just add a small amount of water to allow the seasonings to mix with the beans. I then add my corn.(You can use really anything as far as the type of beans and type of corn.) I serve it on top of a variety of lettuce. I usually use romaine or red leaf, but you can use spinach or iceburg lettuce. Then my salsa is my salad dressing. If you think you need cheese it will add a lot of fat unless you use KRAFT NO FAT Cheese. It is more expensive and tastes pretty good. It is available in chedder and mozzarella at you local grocery stores.

Directions

You can take out the meat if you like and just use beans. You could use ground beef(lean) instead of turkey. You will change all nutritional values keep that in mind.
