Ingredients

    1 TBS OF I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S BUTTER
    2 TBS GREEN PEPPERS CHOPPED
    2TBS ONIONS CHOPPED
    2 LARGE EGGS
    1 TBS HORMEL BACON BITS
    1/2 CUP CHOPPED TOMATO
    1 OZ SWISS(BABY) CHEESE

Directions

HEAT SKILLET MELT BUTTER, ADD GREEN PEPPERS AND ONION . COOK UNTIL TENDER.
BEAT EGGS IN A SMALL BOWL WITH LITTLE WATER ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. POUR EGGS IN WITH GREEN PEPPERS AND ONIONS STIR JUST A LITTLE .
ADD BACON BITS STIR
ADD TOMATO COOK UNTIL EGGS ARE ALMOST DONE.
BREAK UP CHEESE AND ADD TO EGGS AND STIR COOK UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED AND EGGS ARE DONE. MAKES 1OR 2 SERVING ACCORDING TO HOW HUNGRY YOU ARE. ENJOY.
