3 large bananas 1/2 cup applesauce 2 eggs 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt 1/4 tsp salt 1tsp vanilla 1tsp baking soda 11/2 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together applesauce and sugar. Add yogurt, eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla. Mix all dry ingredients and add to mixture. Pour batter into greased muffin tins (or line with muffin cups). Bake for 20-30 minutes until muffins are golden brown and spring back to the touch.
