Introduction

Ingredients

    olive oil, onions, celery, whole tomatoes, fat free ham, chic peas parseley, chicken brothsal and pepper

Directions

1.sautee onion and celery in olive oil.
2.Add tomatoe, ham, and rinsed chic peasand chicken broth.
3. Add salt/peppre and parsley
4. Cook 15 minutes on medium
5. Pureeand simmer
6. Add fresh parmesean cheese, crutons or low fat sour cream when serving.
7 Make 4 2 cup servings.
