Stuffed Peppers




Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 bell peppers
    1.5 cups rice
    1 lb ground beef
    2 cans campbells tomato soup
    1.5 cups of water


Directions

Cut tops off of peppers and clean out the seeds. Wash the peppers and set aside. In a large bowl mix ground beef, egg and rice. Place this mixture inside the peppers. Place them in a oven safe glass dish, pour in the tomato soup and water. Cover and bake until done.
