Broiled Catfish (Marinated)
Introduction

Ingredients

6 catfish fillets
1 cup Italian Dressing- diet
4 tbls.Wishbone Red Wine
Vinaigrette salad dressing
1 teaspoon salt (Opt.)
Directions
Serves 6: 1 catfish fillet per person.
Combine the Italian dressing,Red Winde Dressing, salt, and the catfish fillets in gallon storage or freezer bag. Seal tight and put in refridgerator for about an hour, and turn every 15 minutes.
Spray the broiler pan with Pam, and broil the catfish 3-4 minutes in each side, until the fish flakes easily with a forkand is opaque, baste the fillets lightly with the italian dressing on each side, as it is broiling. Do not over cook or it gets mushy. Serve with lemon wedges on each plate.
