Ricotta Cheese (1/4 Cup)
Mozzarella Cheese (1 oz.)
Parmesan Cheese (3 TBS)
Italian Seasoning (1/4 tsp.)
Garlic Powder (1/4 tsp.)
Cut stems out of mushrooms, wash and dry, set aside.
Mix cheeses and spices (The amounts I used are approximate, as I don't really follow a recipe for this. Alter to your taste)
Stuff cheese mixture into mushrooms, and bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted, and slightly browned.
