Crock Pot Chicken and Hash Brown Casserole




Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 8 oz carton sour cream (can use light)
    1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup (can use low fat)
    1 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
    3 C chopped smoked, roasted, or rotisserie chicken
    1 24 oz pkg frozen diced hash brown potatoes

Directions

Makes 6 servings

1. In large bowl, combine soup, sour cream and cheese
2. Stir in frozen potatoes and chicken
3. Spray crock pot or use crock pot liner
4. Add all ingredients
5. Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours
6. If desired, top each serving with crushed croutons
