Amazing Meatloaf

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Lbs. Ground beef
    1 Cup wheat bread crumbs
    2 large eggs
    1 Cup Carrot, diced
    1/2 Cup fresh parsley, chopped
    1 large Onion, diced
    1 Cup Parmesean cheese, grated
    2 tsp sage
    2 tsp thyme
    1 tsp rosemary
    2 cloves of garlic, crushed and diced
    2 tsp salt
    2 tsp pepper
    ------------------
    3/4 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic, crushed and diced
    2 tsp slim twin brown sugar substitute

Directions

Serves 6

Combine ground beef, carrot, onion, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, sage, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, garlic, and parmesean cheese in a large bowl.

In a seperate bowl combine ketchup, garlic, worcestershire, and brown sugar substitute to make a sauce.

Place half of the sauce in ground beef mixture and mix again.

Press meat mixture into a bread pan and top with remaining sauce.

Bake at 375 degrees F, uncovered, for 1 hour. Serve sliced.
