Ingredients

    2 c water
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 c rice
    3 c 1 % milk
    1/2 c splenda
    1/8 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 c raisins
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

makes 8 sevings
boil water add rice /salt cover & simmer until water is absorbed (abt 12 min)
Add milk/splenda/cinnamon/raisins cook uncovered stirring occassionaly until most of the milk is absorbed abt 15 min remove from heat stir in vanilla (& 8 tsp of benefibre if using)
