Karen's Homemade chicken salad

Introduction

Simple but Good Simple but Good
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 boneless chicken breast
    1/4 cup carrots,finely diced
    1/4 cup onions, finely diced
    2 tbsp mayo
    1 tbsp margarine(or olive oil)
    salt,pepper & morton's nature seasons'blend to taste

Directions

Boil chicken until cooked then slice/shred into large size strips.
In separate fry pan: combine margarine, carrots&onions. Cook on medium heat for approx. 5 mins or until vegs are soft or onions are
translucent. Drain on paper towel to remove excess margarine.
Combine chicken & veg mixture. Add in mayo, salt , pepper & morton's to mixture.
Tastes great served on toast or lettuce.
