This was really good. I put some red potatoes in with the pork chops and they were really great. They absorbed the juices..yummy. It was a bit saltier than I had expected- even using the low sodium broth. - 11/3/10

These were quite delicious! I've made them several times and my family loves it. I agree with some of the other posts about the olive oil. I started halving the amount of oil used and I might use even less the next time I make it. Overall a very delicious and easy to make meal! - 11/16/09

The flavor was very good. The pork chops were very tender. It was much too oily for me. I don't see any reason for all that olive oil. I'd like to try it again but with way less oil. I think a tablespoon or two of olive oil should be fine. - 4/8/09

  • Good, but with the poultry seasoning, we don't need any more salt... I cut it out and it was still very good. I also cut the oil in half :-) - 2/26/14

  • I made this recipe this evening, and it was the first time making pork chops with flavor (I grew up on plain meat in the oven with gravy). They were quite tender and the seasonings provided just the right amount of flavor. I'll make this again! - 4/1/09
