Introduction

I grew up with this recipe that my Grandmother used to make for me. It has always been a family favorite even though I don't know if I would have tried it on my own. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    avocado
    1 tsp. Lawry's Seasoning Salt
    .5 oz. lime or lemon juice
    2 cups cottage cheese

Directions

Cut open avocado, scrape out meat and mash with fork. Add other ingredients and mix. Serve immediately with fresh vegetables or crackers or corn chips.
