Honey BBQ Meat Loaf

Ingredients

    * Beef bouillon, 1 cube (6 fl oz prepared) (remove)
    * Water, tap, 1 fl oz (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    * Quaker Quick Cooking Oatmeal (1/2cp dry), 0.5 cup (remove)
    * *Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbeque Sauce, 6 tbsp (remove)
    * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, 6 tsp unpacked (remove)
    * Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp (remove)
    * Yellow Mustard, 3 tsp or 1 packet (remove)
    * Garlic powder, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Chili powder, .5 tbsp (remove)
    * Ground beef, 16 oz (remove)

Directions

In a large bowl, dissolve bouillon in water. Stir in egg, oats, barbecue sauce, onion, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper and chili powder. Add beef and mix well. Press into an ungreased 8-in. x 4-in. x 2-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Top with ketchup. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
