1c Whole wheat rotini
1/2c Spaghetti/marinara sauce
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Black pepper
1/4c White sliced mushrooms
1serv.Thawed Trader Joes or similair scallops
1/2 oz. Romano cheese
Add into the the sauce the fresh mushrooms,and black pepper.
In the meantime add your whole wheat rotini to boiling water and boil around 15-20 or until noodles or tender.
Pat dry your thawed scallops with a papertowel and sprinkle scallops generiously with garlic powder before adding them to marinara sauce.
Cook marinara sauce an additional 10 min. while stirring throughout and when finished add to drained rotini.
Sprinkle romano cheese on top and enjoy!
