IntroductionI got tired of eating the fruit and yogurt seperately, so I combined them for something different. I got tired of eating the fruit and yogurt seperately, so I combined them for something different.
Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt (Prairie Farms) 8 oz., 1 serving
Apples, fresh, 1 large (3-1/4" dia) or 2 cups diced
Blueberries, fresh, .5 cup
Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, sliced
Kiwi Fruit, 1 fruit without skin, large
To make it sweeter, add 1/2 tsp cinnamon, non calorie sweetener or some honey. Adding honey will add calories. I found my fruit was naturally sweet enough.
