1/3 Cup Soya Suace reduced sodium
3 Cloves of Garlic pressed or diced
1 Cup of Beef stock
1 Tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
1/4 tsp pepper
5 tbsp Cornstarch
5 Tbsp water
3-4lb roast (eye of round or any type)
When marinating you can add cloves and remove when making gravy. Serve with carrots and a starch. Makes a great winter meal.
