General Tso's Chicken

Introduction

Just like the real thing! I've added this one to my own personal recipe book. Just like the real thing! I've added this one to my own personal recipe book.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Corn Starch
    Water
    Vietnamese Chili Garlic Sauce
    Sesame Oil
    Chicken Breast
    Flour, white
    Soy Sauce
    Pepper
    Garlic
    Onions
    Carrots
    Chicken Broth
    Broccoli

Directions

For the Sauce
--------------------
1) Put 2 tbsp of corn starch and 1/4 cup of water into a bowl. Stir throroughly.
2) Add 2 tbsp of Chili Garlic Sauce, 1 tbsp of sesame oil, and 1/2 tbsp of Soy Sauce.
3) Stir thorough and place in fridge until needed.

Chicken
-----------
1) Add 1 tbsp of starch, 2 tbsp of flour and 1/2 tsp of pepper to a bowl. Mix together.
2) Add 1 egg and 1 tbsp of soya sauce to mix and stir until mixed.
3) Dice chicken breast and add to bowl, mixing together until chicken is covered. Add to hot oiled pan and stiry fry until chicken is done. Set aside until needed.

The Veggies
------------------
1) Oil pan and add garlic and onion. Saute.
2) Add diced brocoli and carrots to pan. Add 2 tbsp of water to the pan and cover for a couple minutes.. stir occasionially.
3) Add chicken to pan and stir a little more.
4) Add sauce to pan and mix all together.

Serve on white rice or noodles. Makes approx 4 servings.
