Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz
    99/1 ground turkey, 1 serving
    99/1 ground turkey, 3 serving
    Tomato Sauce, 681 grams
    Crushed Tomatoes, 681 grams
    Baby Carrots, raw, 3 medium
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 454 grams
    Cilantro, raw, 16 tbsp
    Parsley, 1 cup
    Garlic, 4 clove
    Shallots, 8 tbsp chopped
    Basil, 2 tbsp
    Salt, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    stevia, 1 packet
    fat -free mozzarella (opt not included in calories)

Directions

First cook 96/4 hamburger(1 lb) and 99/1 ground turkey(1lb) then add in all veggies until bell pepper softened, then add in both big cans of tomatos one sauce the other crushed and add spices cook on low until warm.
