# Egg Yolk, 2 large
# Splenda, 12 tsp
# Coconut Milk (100gr fresh coconut 600ml water), 240 gram
# Chocolate, 50 gram
# Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
# Cream Goat Org., 12 tbsp
# Irish Cream Liqueur (1 oz), 50 grams
Bring milk and cinnamon to simmer.
Remove from he- at and melt in the chocolate.
Let cool. Blend in the cream and liqueur.
Process in ice cream maker. Add some crushed coffee beans.
