Chicken Breast, no skin, 15 ounces
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3 cup, strips
Onions, raw, .50 cup, sliced (remove)
Flour Tortillas, 12 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)
*Old El Paso Fajita Seasoning Mix, 6 tsp
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Slice chicken into 32 to 40 pieces. SautÃ© tomato, onion and peppers. Place tortillas in the microwave for 14 seconds.
Serve with pico de gallo or salsa, fat free sour cream, low fat Cheddar cheese and fresh jalapenos.
