Introduction

Simple to make and DELICIOUS Frap. I left Starbucks behind when I began this journey to change my eating habits, I used to put at least half creamer and sugar to my coffee. With this I get a delicious low cal frap YUMMY! Simple to make and DELICIOUS Frap. I left Starbucks behind when I began this journey to change my eating habits, I used to put at least half creamer and sugar to my coffee. With this I get a delicious low cal frap YUMMY!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 cups of coffee
    Splenda Sweeter to taste
    1 packet of Splenda Coffee Flavors (I like french vanilla)
    3 cups of ice

Directions

First make your coffee either coffee pot or instant.
Next put your 3 cups of ice into a blender (If you don't have a blender, this becomes a WONDERFUL Iced Vanilla Latte)
Put your packet of Splenda Coffee flavor in with the ice.
Add the splenda to sweeten.
Add 2 cups of coffee
Blend! (or stir if you prefer the ice coffee!)

Makes 2 servings (less than 3 calories each serving!) ENJOY!
