Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast,
*Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 10
*Sauce, Pace Picante Sauce, 1/4 cup
*Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 1/2 cup
Enchilada Sauce ( comes in both a dry package and premixed cans)
Directions
Cube the chicken breast and cook in frying pan srayed with Pam until completely cooked.
Add pace picante sauce to the chicken, let simmer for a few minutes.
Dip each tortilla shell in the enchilada sauce prior to putting filling inside.
Put approx. 3 Tsbp spoons of the chicken into the tortilla, roll and place into a cake pan. Continue until all the chicken and torillas are gone.
Once you have finished spread remaining enchilada sauce over the pan.and top with cheese.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
