Potatoes Salad

    * Red Potato, 1000 grams
    * Hard Boiled Egg, 3 large
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * Green Olives, 100 grams
    * Olive Oil, 4 tbsp


Boil the potatoes; let them cool down and cut them in slices; cut the boiled eggs in slices as well. cut the onion thinly as for a salad; in a salad bowl add the ingredients.

* the salad can be made with mayo dressing as well
