Oat Banana Raisin Muffins

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup quick oats
    1 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup bran
    3/4 cup mashed bananas
    2 egg whites slightly beaten
    1/2 cup all purpose flour
    1 tbsp wheat germ
    1 1/2 tsp flax meal
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 cup raisins
    1/4 cup chopped dates

Directions

Mix oats, milk and bran. Soak for 20 minutes then add bananas and egg whites. Mix dry ingredients together and then add to oatmeal mixture. Add raisins and dates. Mix batter and then fill muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
