Introductionchicken, broccoli, carrots. serve over rice chicken, broccoli, carrots. serve over rice
2 tb olive oil
4 chicken breasts, cut into strips or pieces
2 c. frozen or fresh cooked broccoli
3 c. frozen or fresh carrots, thinly sliced
2 onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of broccoli)
1 can milk
add broccoli and carrots; cook until tender.
stir in soup & milk; heat until boiling. simmer for 10-15 minutes.
serve over rice; top with parmesan cheese
