Introduction

This recipe is from Hidden Valley Ranch many many years ago. It is the best one I've ever tried and a family favorite. You can use any cut of chicken you'd like to control calories better. I DONOT use all the Parkay either. Actually, sometimes I just spray my chicken pieces with PAM these days. This recipe is from Hidden Valley Ranch many many years ago. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 chicken thighs
    1/2 cup melted Parkay
    3/4 cup grated Parmesan
    3/4 cup cornflake crumbs
    1 Pkg Hidden Valley Ranch milk recipe MIX

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together in bowl.

Dip washed and dried chicken in melted Parkay or spray with Pam then dredge in dry ingredient mixture and place in baking pan.

Bake at 375ยบ for 45 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.

The original recipe said it serves 4 but I use 1 piece of chicken per serving giving 8 servings.
