Alfredo Shrimp

Introduction

Creamy shrimp and pasta recipe! Creamy shrimp and pasta recipe!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 lb. Shrimp

    For Sauce:
    1 T. Smart Balance Light Butter
    2 Cloves Garlic
    1/2 C Diced Onions
    1/2 C Sliced Mushrooms
    3 T Flour
    2 C Fat-Free Half 'n Half
    1/2 C Part Skim Kraft Mozzarella
    1/4 C Shredded Parmesan

Directions

Defrost shrimp by placing in a colander and running cool water over them. Drain and pat dry.

Combine butter, onions and mushrooms. Saute until onions are soft. Add garlic. After two minutes, stir in flour, then half 'n half. Next add the cheeses. Add shrimp and cook over medium-low until shrimp is warmed through. Serve over pasta!
