Ingredients

    Butter, salted, .25 cup
    *Flour, white, .25 cup
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .125 tsp
    Milk, nonfat, 2.5 cup
    *Horseradish, 3 tbsp
    Yellow Mustard, 2.5 tsp or 1 packet
    Egg Noodles, enriched, cooked 6 cup
    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 2 cup, diced
    *Velveeta Cheese Product, 8 oz
    soft bread crumbs, toasted, 1/2 cup

Directions

In large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stie in teh flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 min. or until thickened and bubbly. Add horseradish adn mustard, mix well. Stir in the noodles, ham and cheese.

Pour into greased 2 1/2 qt baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 20 min. Uncover and sprikle with bread crumbs Bake 10-15 uncovered or until bubbly and heated through.

Make 12 1/2 cup servings
