zucchini bread

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup flour
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup finely shredded zucchini
    1/4 cup cooking oil

Directions

Grease loaf pan. Combine dry ingredients and zucchini. Combine wet ingredients. Pour wet ingred into a well of the dry ingred. Mix together with fork (may be a little lumpy). Bake in loaf pan at 350ยบ for 50 to 55 minutes.
