Chicken Corn Bread Pie

Ingredients

    1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken
    1 can Campbell’s Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 can Campbell’s Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
    1 lb frozen mixed vegetables
    1/4 cup egg beaters
    1 1/2 cups skim milk
    2 cups corn meal mix

Directions

Cut up chicken and mix with one can 1 can Campbell’s Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup and one can 1 can Campbell’s Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup. Mix in frozen mixed vegetables and put in bottom of baking pan.

In a separate bowl mix 2 cups corn meal mix, 1/4 cup egg beater (or you can use one large egg), and 1 1/2 cups skim milk. Pour mixture over top of chicken and veggie mix. Bake in oven at 350° for 60 minutes
