Cube Steak and Rice Casserole

Introduction

Mixture of what was in my cupboard that turned out kinda tasty. May turn out soupish depending on how much juice is in your tomatoes. Serve it as a soup or use a slotted spoon to dish out. Mixture of what was in my cupboard that turned out kinda tasty. May turn out soupish depending on how much juice is in your tomatoes. Serve it as a soup or use a slotted spoon to dish out.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can mushrooms
    1 32 oz can tomatoes
    1 can Campbell's Cream of Celery soup
    1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    1 pound cube steak, cut into small pieces
    1 bag Success Brown Rice

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix the mushrooms, tomatoes, soup, and onion mix.
Add in the cut up steak.
Bake in cassserole dish for 30 - 40 minutes
Fix rice according to package instructions and then mix into the casserole.
Serves 6
