# Ground beef, lean, 32 oz
# *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 9 tbsp
# *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup
# *Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 1 cup
# *Egg white, 1 serving, beaten stiff
# Garlic powder, .5 tsp
# Chili powder, 2 tsp
# Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (
# Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped
Place meat, onion, pepper, sauce, garlic & Chili powder in skillet. Simmer 8-10 minutes. Spray 8x8 pan with Pam. Put meat mixture in pan. Beat together cheese, sour cream, and egg white and put on top of meat mixture. bake at 375 F for 25-30 minutes.
