Ingredients

3/4 pound boneless pork, cut into thin strips and trimmed of separable fat
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 tbs extra light olive oil
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 12oz can whole kernel corn, drained
1 large green pepper, cut into strips
1 2oz jar sliced pimentos, drained
1/4 c 2% shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
In a skillet brown meat and onion in hot oil. Combine tomato sauce, chili powder, Worchestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, 1/3 cup of water, and 1/4 teaspoon salt; add to meat. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or till meat is tender. Stir in corn, green pepper, and pimento. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes or till green pepper is tender and some of the liquide had evaporated. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
