Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, .25 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, .5 large (remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .13 cup (remove)
    Yellow Cornmeal, 0.13 cup (remove)
    *Flour, white, 0.13 cup (remove)
    Bacon, 2 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)

Directions

Butterfly chicken coat in flour mixture, dip in egg, coat in breadcrumbs, and insert mixture of spinach, sour cream and bacon.
Cook at 400 until done - 30 minutes or so.
